Imtiaz Development’s CEO Masih Imtiaz

This month, Dubai-based luxury developer Imtiaz Development launched its boutique project “Westwood by Imtiaz,” located in the sought-after Al Furjan neighborhood. The complete project sold within five days, with sales exceeding all expectations.

Imtiaz Development’s CEO Masih Imtiaz explains that this is evidence that Dubai’s dynamic property market is ready for high-quality, outside-the-box concepts.

Dubai is an essential place to live and work

Taking his success in stride, in part, Imtiaz attributes the strength of Dubai’s property market to the UAE government’s goal of making Dubai an essential place to live and work. Imtiaz explained that “recent reforms, such as the UAE’s ‘Golden’ long-term residence visa and changes in ownership regulations, have heated an already booming real estate sector.”

With an ongoing vision to develop unique and distinctive boutique residential complexes in exclusive locations, Imtiaz explains they currently have six new projects under the design and development stage.

“Our strategic objective is to generate over $1 billion in revenue over the next three years,” Imtiaz says. “We are poised to achieve these targets because of the quality of our product and our confidence in Dubai’s economic growth that continues to drive a strong demand in Dubai’s housing sector.”

Dubai urbanites

With 28 years of experience delivering innovative real estate solutions, Imtiaz Development is well positioned to understand the market needs. Emerging as one of Dubai’s key boutique developers, Imtiaz attributes their success in Dubai to innovative design, obsessive dedication to quality, and selecting fundamentally desirable locations.

A competitive edge

Since Imtiaz Development’s founding, they have built over 2,000 residential units, 4mn ftof office space, and 2mn ftof retail space. Imtiaz explains that with their own in-house construction company, Imtiaz Development gains a highly competitive edge.

According to Imtiaz, “Not only do we design and build our development projects, but our in-house capacity gives us access to the highest quality construction materials and latest technologies. Because we control every aspect of design and construction, we accept no compromise and can ensure the highest possible quality.”

Salient strategies to anticipate the built sector

Since 2008, Imtiaz Development has provided services and expertise in real estate development, investment & asset management, financing, construction management, property management, project management, engineering & design, and sales & marketing. Taking cues from Dubai’s continued transformation, innovation has been their hallmark.

“Each of our projects is unique in its way,” said Imtiaz. Imtiaz explained that their projects prioritise the needs of Dubai urbanites and deliver transformative ideas. He adds, “We call it Real Estate 2.0.; we are completely reimagining how to create living spaces in Dubai and are looking to the future to anticipate the needs of the Dubai property sector.”

Westwood in Al Furjan: Where elegance meets convenience

Redefining the private residence experience, Imtiaz Development’s latest project, Westwood, raised the standard of elegance and convenience in Dubai’s private residence segment.

“We are aligned with Dubai’s Vision 2030. All of the systems and materials used in the project maximize sustainability and utilize green building methodologies,” Imtiaz explains. “For example, we have used a German aluminum window system which offers the highest grade of insulation and saves up to 25 percent of the electricity for air conditioning systems.”

Moreover, Imtiaz Developments delivers all apartments with a smart home system enabling residents to remotely control their access, ambient lighting, air conditioning, and other features.
